Subdomains

 
For a domain of the form docs.notionlayer.com, please follow the guide for your domain provider:
 
Generic/All other providers (Based on Cloudflare)
  1. Go to DNS Records configuration of your domain provider.
    1. Fill in the form as follows:

      Type: CNAME
      Name: Sometimes called “Path” should be set to docs , ie. the first part of the domain.
      Target: This should be set to fork.notionlayer.com.
      Note that since this provider (Cloudflare) automatically adds the . to the end of fork.notionlayer.com as seen below you can omit it in the target settings.

      TTL: You can leave this at the default value.

  1. Navigate to the Manage Websites page.

      • If in Grid view, click the 'vertical 3 dots' button under your domain and then click the DNS Settings link.
      • If in List view, click the 'vertical 3 dots' button to the right of your domain and then click the DNS Settings link.

  1. Click the Add Record button.

  1. Hover over the CNAME Record section and click the ADD link.

  1. Fill in the following data:
      2. Record type: CNAME
      Host: docs
      Points to: fork.notionlayer.com
